He\u2019s co-written several songs with Grammy Winners Bill Champlin, Brenda Russell, and Deniece Williams. His latest album Falling Awake features a Who\u2019s Who of cutting edge musicians. As a drummer, he is competent in all styles, including Jazz, Brazilian, Latin, Blues, Fusion, and Rock. When home in Los Angeles, he teaches privately and at the Musician’s Institute. <\/p>\n
An avid reader, Peress is writing an international action thriller.
